XOXO features a modern, luxurious villa (Villa One) and a private guest house (Villa Two). Both buildings can be rented together or separately. They have their own kitchens, laundry, screened porches, and sunny terraces. Villas One and Two share use of the beautifully landscaped patio, pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. For larger groups, rent out both Villas for the exclusive XOXO experience.

The perfect group getaway: Villa One sleeps 6 adults comfortably in 3 large bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and King Beds. It features a chef’s kitchen, open concept living room, two private terraces, laundry, and a gorgeous screened porch overlooking the pool with large dining room and relaxing outdoor living space for quiet evenings in.

Looking for an intimate holiday? Villa Two is the ideal oasis for your family. Villa Two has a King bed on the main floor and two twin daybeds in the loft - perfect for young families. It includes a kitchen, laundry, screened porch with living and dining space, and a sunny rooftop terrace.
